My name is Jessica Kolstad and I am studying Community Psychology at St. Cloud State University. I also work with people with developmental disabilities, and I love helping them learn new things and showing them new skills.

 

I want to help teachers improve their teaching by better understanding their students on another level, and to help them have better control of their classroom as the teacher. I also want to help them to not get overwhelmed with those "troublesome" students. I will give teachers better tools in order to work with children with developmental disabilities.

Technology plays a big role in learning and education. It has drastically changed the way students learn and utilize the information that they have learned. It is a great benefit to students as well as teachers. Students use technology as a means to learn and study, while teachers use it to help them better teach their students.

 

I will be using a variety of websites and useful tools for teachers to utilize.
